FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

Joseph’s investment thesis is driven by immersive environments and innovative real estate solutions. He brings extensive expertise in identifying high-growth markets and creating long-term value for both communities and investors. Joseph has led numerous ground-up developments across the country, with a portfolio spanning hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. Over the past 4 years, Joseph has overseen more than 30 development transactions valued at over $400 million. He also spent 7 years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) in the Capital Markets and Client Partnerships groups. At KKR, he supported both debt and equity financings for portfolio companies and contributed to global capital raising efforts across the firm’s flagship private market funds. Joseph is on the board of several non-profits and competes in triathlons globally to raise money for various charitable organizations. Joseph holds a B.A. in Finance from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and an M.B.A in Finance, Real Estate, and Strategy Management from New York University Stern School of Business.

Josh is an experienced real estate investor and developer specializing in large-scale commercial and multi-family projects throughout New York and Florida. With over $250 million in commercial real estate projects under his belt, Josh is known for transforming underperforming assets into profitable ventures. Before starting his own projects, Josh spent 5 years at RXR on the development & construction team. His expertise spans mixed-use commercial buildings, office space conversions, and multifamily developments. He has built strong relationships with investors, lenders, and partners, ensuring the successful delivery of each project while maximizing returns. As a hands-on development professional, Josh oversees every stage of his projects, from managing contractors to ensuring each development aligns with investor goals and enhances the community. He is committed to creating sustainable, value-driven real estate solutions that benefit both residents and businesses alike. Josh holds a B.Arch. from the Syracuse University School of Architecture.
